Delivery will only take place after a successful payment.
The prices mentioned on the product pages include value-added tax at the legally applicable rate. Legal information about prices and payment conditions can be found in our "Terms & Conditions"
2. Shipping methods
Shipping day is usually on tuesday.
Deliveries in Germany take place within a period of 2 - 5 working days after full payment.
Deliveries in other European countries take place within a period of 2 - 8 working days after full payment.
If there is a delay due to unpredictable issues & bottlenecks, we will inform you about the delay time as soon as possible.

This includes: Germany
We charge a flat shipping fee of 8,90 € for each shipment.
Shipping costs region 1
This includes: Belgique / België, Danmark, Luxembourg, Nederland, Austria, Česká republika (Czech Republic)
Packages up to 31,5kg - 12,90 €
For packages more than 31,5kg, we charge a surcharge of 15,00 €.
Shipping costs region 2
This includes: France, Hrvatska (Croatia), Polska (Poland), Slovenija (Slovenia)
Packages up to 30kg - 15,00 €
For packages more than 30kg, we charge a surcharge of 15,00 €. (For example: over 30kg-> 30€, over 60kg-> 45€,...)
Shipping costs region 3
This includes: España (Spain), Italia (Italy), Magyarország (Hungary), România (Romania), България (Bulgaria), Slovenská republika (Slovakia)
Packages up to 30kg - 20,00 €
For packages more than 30kg, we charge a surcharge of 20,00 €. (For example: over 30kg-> 40€, over 60kg-> 60€,...)
Your order will be delivered by DPD, UPS or GLS this depends on total weight and region.
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Each package is insured up to 510 EUR value of goods.
Note: For deliveries outside of Germany, duties and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price, which will be shown.
